Location is strategic, got lots of restaurants/coffee shops. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We are travelling with kid & babya and we like this hotel, suitable for family. Room is clean & quiet. Bed is super big and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to those who travelling with kids. This hotel got lift and just 30mins away to Tawau Airport. You may get the hotel staff to arrange for a grab driver if you need a transporation to airport.

The rooms were modern, clean and had a large tv . The beds are enormous and very comfortable. We were welcomed and it was a swift check in process.

Very nice hotel. Many restaurants, shops, laundry, etc nearby. Good hot water and ac. Decent wifi. Discount at the coffee shop across the street.

New hotel with lift with access card. Central water filter is the bonus for us because we drink a lot of water a day. Instead of providing mineral water bottle which is plastic waste. Good job! Good location and no problem with foods. Comfortable and clean bed.

The room was cozy and quiet. The hotel provides a water dispenser, which is very convenient for travelers who need to prepare milk for their children. The surrounding area also offers plenty of dining options.

The cleanliness of the room is superb. The family suites have two bathrooms so it is convenient without need to wait long for whole family to take bath.

Modern, clean and simple setting. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There is a water dispenser in the hallway for guest use which is very convenient.
